For all of you other contributors out there "good news". Yep my official complaint against our NC LCO out of Asheboro has been "accepted." Now it is in Phase II which is in my rebuttal stage. Hopefully some meaningful changes will be forthcoming even if for some reason this suit in Wilberg v. Department of Commerce is unsuccessful. - What are your thoughts on the Census (optional)?
- This debacle is akin to the war in Iraq. Where are the weapons of mass destruction? But it is the management and the pathetic unqualified people they hire as managers. Something tells me that they must canvass the prison system for the worst guards who would enjoy humiliating and gleefully terminating employees for no good reason! As in the movie Forrest Gump "Stupid is as Stupid Does!" A forgettable experience terminated for no valid reason except that I disagreed about a policy procedure that later checked with Legal at Census in DC and they agreed with my outlook on same. But too late when terminated no appeal rights-how convenient!
